Comparison of the Effectiveness of Marital Life Enrichment Training based on Choice Theory and Gottman Theory on Forgiveness in Women's Marital Life

هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش غنیسازی زندگی زناشویی براساس دو رویکرد تئوری انتخاب و گاتمن بر گذشت زنان در است. روش نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون گروه کنترل بود. جامعه شامل متأهل دارای مشکلات مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره تسنیم شهرستان شوش سال 98 بودند که از میان آن‌ها 60 نفر نمونهگیری دسترس صورت تصادفی سه مساوی جای گرفتند. اول 9 جلسه دقیقهای غنیسازی دوم 8 نظریه را دیدند. نیز پرسش‌نامه هر مرحله پیشآزمون پسآزمون تکمیل کردند هیچ‌گونه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. آزمودنیها ری (1988) مراحل کردند. برای تحلیل دادهها، واریانس مکرر آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی کار رفت نتایج نشان داد افزایش مؤثر است بیشتری دارد. همچنین، اساس ماندگاری بالاتری دارد .
